This meeting is a quasi-judicial proceeding, decorum appropriate to a judicial hearing must always be maintained. Any questions and comments must be limited to issues that are relevant to what the board may legally consider in reaching a decision.

3. No new cases will be started after 10:30 p.m. At about 10:30 p.m. the Chair will look for an appropriate break to postpone the remainder to the next meeting. Any case not heard will be carried over to the next meeting.
