The Bergen County Nurse will now be coming to Borough Hall for 1 of the 2 visits a month
BOROUGH HALL - The first Thursday of the month from 10:30am - 12pm
SENIOR CENTER - The 3rd Tuesday of the month from 10:30am - 12pm
FREE Services Include:
- Health History Evaluation
- Blood Pressure Measurement
- Height & Weight
- Individual Counseling & Education
- Referral & Follow-Up
- Confidential Consultation with Public Health Nurse
