Office of Emergency Management

(OEM)

Overview

The Office of Emergency Management (OEM) is responsible for the coordination of all emergency services in the Borough of Oradell, including police, fire, emergency medical services, rescue, public works, and health. In addition to managing emergency updates and communications through Nixle and Swiftreach, the OEM strives to protect Oradell's residents, properties, and environment by mitigating risks, preparing for emergency situations, and— when necessary—coordinating response and recovery efforts with the support of the Bergen County Office of Emergency Management and the New Jersey State Office of Emergency Management.
