Notice of thi meeting was published in the official newspaper, prominently posted in Borough Hall and filed with the clerk’s office, in accordance with the requirements of the Open Public Meetings Act. This meeting is a quasi-judicial proceeding, decorum appropriate to a judicial hearing must always be maintained. Any questions and comments must be limited to issues that are relevant to what the board may legally consider in reaching a decision.
