Fire Prevention Bureau

Overview

Oradell's Fire Prevention Bureau is charged with safeguarding the community from the ravages of fire. To accomplish this goal, the Fire Prevention Bureau conducts inspections, performs fire investigations, and investigates fire safety complaints. With the support of state, county and local agencies, the Fire Prevention Bureau enforces state and local codes and strives to prevent fires, reduce injuries, and prevent the loss of life and property from the devastation of fire.
