Age Friendly Initiative & Survey

An age-friendly community is designed for people to stay safe, active, engaged, and healthy with dignity and enjoyment as they age. We would like to understand what is needed to make Oradell a great place to live, work, and play. Please help us with Oradell's Age Friendly Initiative by filling out a brief survey and submit it to the Oradell Recreation Department. We are working on an electronic survey which will be posted here in April. To receive more info on community events and this initiative, please email [email protected] or call 201-261-8200 ext. 8

The survey:

  • Takes about 15 minutes.
  • Is voluntary - You can stop at any time.
  • You can skip any question.
  • Does not have right or wrong answers.
  • Is anonymous - No one will know you took it. No one will know how you answered the questions.
  • Asks questions about your thoughts on where you live, play, and work, the resources and needs of your community, and some general background information about you.

You must be 55 years or older and currently living in Oradell to take this survey, or a caregiver/family member/friend filling this out with a Oradell resident age 55 or over. For any questions, please contact Oradell Recreation Department at 201-820-2100, extension 8 or email at [email protected]

We appreciate you taking the time to complete the survey.
