What requirements must I meet to work with the Borough?

All business organizations that work with the Borough of Oradell are required to submit proof of registration with the New Jersey Department of Treasury. A business organization is defined as an individual, partnership, association, joint stock company, trust, corporation, or other legal business entity or successor thereof. There are no exceptions for out-of-state vendors.

The required proof is a copy of your New Jersey Business Registration Certificate. This certificate must be on file with the Borough of Oradell before a purchase order can be issued. For more information about registering your business, visit the New Jersey Department of the Treasury's Website.

In addition, the Internal Revenue Service requires a W-9 form be on file with the Borough of Oradell for all vendors. Access the W-9 Form here.
