Dogs & Cats

The Borough of Oradell requires all dogs and cats to be licensed when they reach the age of six months. This annual requirement applies to pets even if they don't leave the home. Licenses must be renewed by March 1st of each year.  To register your pet, you will need to complete the application & submit it with proof of rabies vaccination. Vaccination must be valid through November of the year in which your pet is being licensed. Please be sure to include payment ($10 if altered & $15 if not) .  Checks to be made payable to: THE BOROUGH OF ORADELL.

Free rabies vaccine vouchers are available. Call (201) 261-8106 or visit the Health Department to receive a voucher. The Oradell Animal Hospital in Paramus must be used.
