Notice of Intent to Award Contract Under A National Cooperative Purchasing Agreement

The Borough of Oradell intends to participate in a Sourcewell Cooperative Purchasing Agreement contract for FAYAT Enviromental Solutions to purchase an Electric Street Sweeper for an amount not to exceed the total sum of $556,749.97.

The Borough of Oradell joined Sourcewell Cooperative contract on May 13, 2025.

The Sourcewell Cooperative contract term is from November 16, 2021 to November 16, 2025.

Contract Period for the Borough of Oradell is September 9, 2025 to November 16, 2025.

It is the intent of the Governing Body of the Borough of Oradell to make a contract award to, Northeast Sweeper & Rentals pursuant to the proposal submitted in response to the Sourcewell Cooperative Request for Proposals. 

The Borough of Oradell is permitted to join national cooperative purchasing agreeement under the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2(b)(3).
