NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD CONTRACT UNDER A NATIONAL COOPERATIVE PURCHASING AGREEMENT

Contract Title:  Sourcewell Contract #012621-PPC

The Borough of Oradell intends to participate in the Sourcewell Cooperative Purchasing Agreement contract for General Recreation Inc. to purchase two dugouts with rib roofing for an amount not to exceed the total sum of $161,523.

The Borough of Oradell joined the Sourcewell Cooperative contract on May 13, 2025.

The Sourcewell Cooperative contract term is from March 4, 2021 to March 5, 2026.

It is the intent of the Governing Body of the Borough of Oradell to make a contract award to., General Recreation Inc. pursuant to the proposal submitted in response to the Sourcewell Cooperative Request for Proposals.

The Borough of Oradell is permitted to join national cooperative purchasing agreements under the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2(b)(3).
