Notice from the DPW on Sidewalk Weed Control

NOTICE TO RESIDENTS AND BUSINESS OWNERS
Sidewalk Weed Control – Kinderkamack Road

Please be advised that on or about September 25th, the Oradell Department of Public Works will be performing sidewalk weed control along Kinderkamack Road.

Work Area: From the River Edge border to Oradell Avenue

Schedule: Work will begin at approximately 4:00 AM each morning

Process:
Sidewalks will be sprayed with an approved pesticide in accordance with NJDEP regulations to mitigate weeds.

Public Works crews will then return to weed-whack the treated areas and remove any dead vegetation and debris.

Safety: All work areas will be posted in accordance with NJDEP regulations.

We appreciate your cooperation as we complete this important maintenance to improve the safety and appearance of our sidewalks.
