Tax Payment Schedule
Tax payments are due on or before:
- February 1st
- May 1st
- August 1st
- November 1st
Payments must be received in this office no later than the 10th. Should the 10th fall on a weekend or holiday, taxes are due by the next business day. Postmarks are accepted. Late payments are charged interest at a rate of 8% on the first $1,500.00 of the delinquency and 18% on the balance.
Tax Appeal Deadlines & NJ Senior Freeze & ANCHOR Information
The deadline to file a tax appeal is April 1st. The appeal deadline for an added assessment is December 1st.
Tax appeal forms are available from the Bergen County Board of Taxation.
