Medicare has started mailing new Medicare cards to all beneficiaries in New Jersey. Changes include new number called MEDICARE BENEFICIARY IDENTIFIER (MBI), 11 characters, mix of letters and numbers, random number - not associated with social security number.
Roadwork on Kinderkamack Road (from Oradell Ave. to Emerson border) will begin on August 8th.
Oradell Seniors are invited to the Senior Center on August 21st at noon to celebrate. Cake and music will be offered.

The Bergen County Department of health Services, in conjunction with the New Jersey Department of Agriculture, is collecting ticks from residents to better monitor tick populations within Bergen County, including the newly discovered longhorned tick (Haemophysalis longicornis).
The Oradell DPW will be assessing borough owned ash trees for signs of EAB activity and will take appropriate actions to keep our residents and guests safe.
