How can I participate in an RFQ?

To enhance the competitive bidding process, the Borough of Oradell regularly solicits bids, proposals, and quotations for the procurement of goods and services in accordance with Local Public Contracts Law N.J.S.A 40A:11-1 et seq.

Information about current bid and contract opportunities is available online . Alternatively, specifications for a particular bid, RFP, or RFQ may be obtained from the Borough Clerk's Office at 355 Kinderkamack Rd, Oradell, during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Please read and review specifications, as outlined in the documentation. Bids should be delivered to the Borough Clerk's Office prior to the specified deadline and be presented in sealed envelopes, marked with the bidder’s name and the item therein.

The Borough will not assume any responsibility for bids sent by mail. Mailed bids should be sent by Certified Mail.  All bids are required to comply with requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27.
