In order to register to vote in the district, a person must be a resident of Oradell and Bergen County for 30 days; be at least 18 years of age; be a United States citizen before Election Day; and must not be currently serving a sentence, probation, or parole because of a felony conviction. Voter registration forms can be picked up from the Borough Clerk's office or found on the New Jersey Department of State's website .

Party Affiliation
Only party members may vote in the Primary Election in New Jersey. Voters participating in their first Primary Election, regardless of the number of years registered, must state their party affiliation at the polls on Primary Election Day.

Vote by Mail Ballots
Applications for Vote by Mail ballots can be picked up from Oradell's Borough Clerk or found on the New Jersey Department of State's website . Completed applications must be returned to the County Clerk in the county of the applicant's last domicile in New Jersey. Click here for filing procedures and deadlines.
