The Borough Administrator is appointed by Oradell's Mayor and Council. Responsible for the Borough's day-to-day operations, the Borough Administrator directs all departments in accordance with policy directives determined by the Mayor and Council. Additional responsibilities include preparing the annual budget and capital plan for review and approval by the Mayor and Council and serving as the Borough's purchasing agent; personnel officer; and liaison with federal, state, and local agencies.
