COVID-19 VIRUS ALERT
In an effort to slow the spread of this virus, public parks and recreational facilities are closed to the public until further notice.
We all love our parks especially during this beautiful weather but please follow the below recommendations. Recommendations for trail & park users on observing social distancing minimums are from the National Recreation & Park Association.
There are a number of specific recommendations for advising the public to keep safe social distancing when in parks or on trails.
✅Follow CDC’s guidance on personal hygiene prior to heading to trails — wash hands, carry hand sanitizer, do not use trails if you have symptoms, cover your mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing, etc.
Please be advised that ALL recreation programs have been CANCELLED until further notice as well.
The Borough of Oradell's Recreation Department sponsors activities, sports leagues, and programs that enhance the quality of life for residents of all ages. In addition, the Recreation Department manages the Borough's many parks, playgrounds, and recreational and athletic facilities. It also coordinates field and facility use, issues required permits and tennis court badges, and establishes requirements to ensure coaches uphold the highest standards for safety and sportsmanship.
