This low impact class is designed specifically for the older adult. Have fun and move to the music with a variety of exercises inended to alternate between cardio and resistance training. This class will help strengthen major muscle groups, improve balance, posture and coordination. A chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
Seniorcize is offered at no charge to all Oradell seniors every Tuesday at the Senior Center/VFW (1 Veterans Plaza, Oradell, NJ) from 11:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.

*All participants are required to bring to class their own weights no more than 3 lbs.
* All participants are required to wear sneakers (or rubber-soled shoes). NO heels.
